Adalta Global is supporting our end client in their search for a Lead HRIS Analyst to implement and enhance the capabilities of a brand new Workday platform. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the design, mapping, and configuration of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the application's functionality, usability, and future scalability are developed to a high standard, aligning with the expectations of program sponsors and senior leadership within the HR team. As a Lead HRIS Analyst, you will participate in meetings to gather requirements from various Workday end-user groups. Collaboration with end-users will be essential as you work to understand their needs regarding the functionality of the program. You will assist in the configuration and process mapping of the HRIS suite, with an initial focus on the Payroll, Time Tracking, and Attendance modules. Additionally, you will partner with members of both the IT and HR/People teams to identify necessary enhancements to the platform in line with future R1 and R2 product releases. Your expertise will be crucial as you provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge of the Workday HCM product suite to HR department members. Furthermore, you will act as the in-house platform SME, initially collaborating with a third-party implementation partner to deliver a translatable business process roadmap.
