As a Lead HR Business Partner, you’ll join a highly collaborative HR team that partners closely with Sales organizations to help deliver real business results. You’ll work side‑by‑side with sales leaders to shape talent strategies, strengthen engagement, and enable high‑performing teams in a fast-moving, results‑driven environment. This is an opportunity for an HR leader who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing outcomes, and translating business priorities into people solutions. You’ll collaborate with experienced HR peers and Centers of Excellence, tackle meaningful challenges, and see the direct impact of your work on both the business and our people. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
  • Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
  • Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals. Designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. Identifying and mitigating risks related to employee management.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes. Providing regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture and diversity, employee engagement, morale and retention.
