We’re looking for a seasoned Lead HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. At Reddit, our HRBPs are strategic partners who shape the people strategy in alignment with Reddit’s business goals. As a Lead HRBP, you’ll support senior executives and their teams, acting as a trusted advisor on complex org-wide challenges spanning performance, talent development, org design, change management, and culture. You will regularly consult with senior-level leaders, influence cross-functional decisions, and create scalable solutions that drive high-impact outcomes. You’ll lead with thoughtfulness, leverage data to guide decisions, and coach senior leaders through organizational evolution and success. This role will be aligned with Reddit’s Sales organization and will report directly to our Senior Director HRBP, Revenue.
