Additionally, the role acts as a resource and subject matter expert for colleagues, ensuring the efficiency of Business Center operations, technology, and transaction processes, and establishing standards and procedures. Coordination of services with Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource program managers, and technology specialists is also a key responsibility.
