Responsibilities
- Leading daily cleaning operations across common areas and amenity spaces
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
- Supporting and guiding housekeeping team members (if applicable)
- Performing routine cleaning duties with consistency and attention to detail
- Identifying areas that need attention before they become noticeable issues
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
- Supporting readiness of amenity spaces for residents and tours
