Crossover Health is looking for an exceptional Host Lead to welcome and greet our members as they begin their care experience. The Host Lead is also responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Host Team. Hosts are responsible for helping members understand Crossover's process, helping to ensure members have an exceptional member experience, effectively utilizing the technology tools of the practice, organizing group meetings, and most importantly delivering an exceptional member experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in customer service related position

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Apple products (Mac, iPad, iPhone), or client-based systems such as Microsoft or HP
  • Leadership skills and experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Proven organizational skills, great interpersonal skills, and ability to work as a key team member
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Comfort and efficiency with multi-tasking, issue resolution, and conflict management
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes each member and handles all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Coordinates with facilities teams to help resolve clinic issues
  • Oversees schedules in EMR and is responsible for auditing schedules for accuracy
  • Manages waitlist and ensures that members are promptly contacted and scheduled
  • Coaches, mentors, and develops team, including interviewing, onboarding and providing career development planning to Host Team
  • Serves as a point of contact for all Hosts, ensuring the Host Team is up to speed on all updates and communication
  • Assists in resolving member concerns or issues, involving the Practice Leader, as appropriate
  • Assists with workflow design and process improvement
  • Provides support in organizing and attending assigned events
  • Responsible for addressing and helping to solve member billing questions
  • Performs other duties as assigned
