Responsibilities

Lead efforts with Host team to use and accurately maintain restaurant reservation system - including but not limited to proper table status, guest cover counts & table rotations through the shift, gathering guest profile notes for system database, etc.
Approachable and professional demeanor with guests & team alike - acting as liaise between guests and leadership
Ability to be patient and understanding while handling issues that arise during service, such as seating conflicts, guest complaints, and team member inquiries, with diplomacy and efficiency
Thorough knowledge of menu and beverage offerings and supporting knowledge of brand vision and standards of quality
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, setting the example for other team members, and contributing to overall ambiance & presentation of the restaurant
