The Lead Home Stager position at our boutique home staging firm in Orange County is a part-time role focused on assisting with the preparation and execution of real estate staging projects. The ideal candidate will be energetic, trustworthy, and capable of multitasking, with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel throughout the region. This role requires design or staging experience and involves both collaborative and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency with small tools (hammer, tape measure, level, screwdriver, wrenches).
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the staging team to set up and dismantle stages in Orange County.
• Assist team with projects from concept to completion.
• Help unload the truck, place furniture, accessorize rooms, make and steam beds, clean inventory on-site, and hang artwork.
• Assist in the destaging of homes by packing accessories, bedding/textiles, and artwork, ensuring all items are removed from the property.
• Assist with warehouse organization.
• Attend monthly team huddles, meetings, and team-building events.
