About The Position

TruBlue of the Western Reserve is a Total Home Care services company dedicated to providing value and peace of mind to our customers. Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes through home assessments and regular maintenance. We are searching for a reliable Handyman/Handywoman to provide general home services to our customers in our community area AND, as you have proven yourself, lead a group of technicians who will report to you. If you have 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work, we want to hear from you. TruBlue of the Western Reserve is a higher standard of home and handyman service that is locally owned and operated as a franchise, that is currently being reconstructed from the ground up. This individual through their work will be establishing and maintaining meaningful and prosperous relationships throughout the community.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
• Proficient in miscellaneous home repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical
• Driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Standard tools
• Legal citizen of the US
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Provide general home services to customers
• Lead a group of technicians
• Perform bathroom upgrades and remodels
• Conduct drywall repair, patching, and caulking
• Repair and install flooring
• Carry out general carpentry and home repairs
• Manage kitchen repairs and remodels
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
