About The Position

Become a Tru-Pro Technician with TruBlue Home Service Ally of North West Austin - Serving Lakeway, Steiner, Four Points & Cedar Park. We are searching for a reliable lead home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community AND lead a group of technicians who will report to you. TruBlue Home Service Ally is a premium handyman and home maintenance company committed to helping homeowners-especially busy families and seniors-live worry-free. We provide top-tier handyman services, home assessments, safety modifications, and routine maintenance through bonded, insured, and background-checked technicians.

Requirements

• 10+ years of handyman or home maintenance experience
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and painting
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Fluent English and ability to legally work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Standard tools (speciality tools provided by Company)

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as OSHA 10, CAPS, or Age Safe America are highly valued
• Willingness to complete certification if not already obtained

Responsibilities

• Provide general home services to customers
• Lead a group of technicians
• Perform home safety modifications (grab bars, ramps, etc.)
• Conduct bathroom upgrades and minor remodels
• Repair and patch drywall
• Install and repair flooring
• Perform trim, frame, and general carpentry
• Conduct kitchen repairs and light remodel work
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks
• Perform interior and exterior painting
• Manage general to-do list and seasonal maintenance
