Missouri Baptist Hospital is seeking a Lead Heathcare Information Specialist to join our team! This individual will be prepping, scanning, staff training and support, quality control, chart pick up, and assisting nursing with chart corrections. They will also cover Barnes St. Peters during PTO or staff absences. The Lead Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist provides day-to-day guidance to the HIM team on departmental processes and applications. This position delegates tasks to team members and ensures that there is adequate coverage to meet the needs of the customers and patients being served. This position also ensures that HIM team members are properly oriented and trained on HIM policies and guidelines.
