About The Position
The Shift Lead is a key part of our bakery team, balancing hands-on tasks with some leadership responsibilities. You’ll help guide the team, uphold Nothing Bundt Cakes’ brand standards, and help create warm, joyful experiences for every guest.
Requirements
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or team leadership preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work weekends/holidays.
- Dependable, positive, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during your shift.
- Decorate, frost, and prepare cakes to meet our quality and presentation standards.
