The Lead GSOC Analyst will work as a member of a Global Security Operations Center supporting a major Fortune 500 client of ours. The Lead Analyst will work with a dedicated team of analysts to provide tactical intelligence on a 24/7/365 basis taking action at the right moment to ensure that relevant stakeholders can bring critical decision-making and crisis management skills to bear in order. The Lead Analyst will also act as the lead for the team, helping the team grow their support for the client to improve. In addition to their primary role responsibilities, the Team Lead is accountable for managing and supporting a high-performing team of five embedded client-facing professionals. Conduct regular check-ins, provide coaching and feedback, manage performance reviews and improvement plans, and support career development. Serve as the main liaison between team members and ECS Service Delivery, ensuring timely updates and support for client deliverables. Participate in hiring processes, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and ensure team alignment with client expectations. Lead onboarding tasks (e.g., scheduling, equipment, success plans) and manage offboarding logistics. Manage team schedules, approve PTO, ensure timesheet compliance, and maintain service continuity. Demonstrate strong leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, and organizational skills with a commitment to excellence.
