In this role, you will be the driving force behind sales expansion within the grocery and convenience retail sectors. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall growth of our services, helping businesses tackle significant challenges related to loss prevention and operational efficiency. With an emphasis on client acquisition and nurturing existing relationships, you'll establish our partner as a leading solution provider. We seek a highly motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to make an immediate impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years selling to grocers.
  • Experience selling to convenience or other types of retail is a plus.
  • Experience selling to Operations and Finance or Executive leadership.
  • Experience selling security or loss prevention products.
  • Track record of closing $500K–$3M+ ARR deals.
  • Existing relationships within grocery retail and/or loss prevention leadership.
  • Experience with retail technology or loss prevention/security solutions.
  • Experience with computer vision or AI products.
  • Experience with video, POS, or analytics platforms.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to convenience or other types of retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for grocery and convenience retail customers.
  • Sell into Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Operations, Security, and Finance leaders.
  • Close mid-market and enterprise deals ranging from pilots to multi-million ARR rollouts.
  • Build pipeline through outbound, events, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Help define and execute the grocery GTM strategy.
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership based on customer needs.
  • Represent our partner at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Hit and exceed aggressive revenue targets.
  • Build repeatable pipeline and forecasting processes.
  • Help build the foundation of a future grocery sales team.
  • Listen to customers' pain points and translate those into outcomes for the product and development teams.
