About The Position
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager - Interoperability to drive the strategy, development, and commercialization of FHIR-based APIs, EHR integrations, and a Developer Portal to enable seamless healthcare data exchange. This role is ideal for a Technical Product Manager with a strong background in building API-based data products, launching developer marketplaces, and enabling third-party integrations with Epic, Cerner, Athena Health, and other EHR platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FHIR, HL7 v2.x, SMART on FHIR, and clinical interoperability standards while possessing hands-on experience in building and managing API ecosystems, developer portals, and self-service integration tools. This role will require close collaboration with engineering, compliance, partnerships, strategy and business development teams to create an interoperable healthcare ecosystem that drives innovation and scalability.
