About The Position

The Lead, Global Process Analyst Role (Compensation) will serve as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Nike's Compensation-related operations and initiatives! This role will be a member of our Hire-to-Retire Global Process Owner organization and will partner with peers in key geographies and/or global teammates on implementation and ongoing management of our processes and technologies (predominantly Workday). This role is responsible for providing input on solutions to enable the business strategy and will serve as the front door to technology for intake, prioritization, and solutioning for our HR teammates!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of experience, education, and training.
  • Workday experience is preferred, especially with Reporting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation Modules (Merit/Bonus/Stock Compensation Planning, Step Progression, Job Catalog, Pay Ranges, Various Compensation Plans, Business Processes, etc).
  • Curiosity - desire and drive to learn, understand, and explore new concepts and solutions.
  • Proficiency in designing and documenting End-to-End H2R processes.
  • Deep understanding of HR Systems supported by the H2R GPO team, including functionality, security, and integration capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective HR system and process solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills - ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts and information to non-technical audiences, and vice versa.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools, i.e., Jira, Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and advocate for enhancements to HR system functionality that align with evolving business strategies and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with H2R Global Process Owners to execute on H2R Features Roadmap.
  • Champion the standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of global HR processes to support scale, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Lead efforts to streamline and optimize end-to-end (E2E) processes, with a relentless focus on delivering an exceptional Teammate experience.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues and requests to identify and recommend solution options.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements; analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements and system solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to validate configurations.
  • Support Global Process Owners in monitoring system performance, teammate feedback, and process effectiveness-identifying opportunities for ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure full compliance with data governance frameworks, privacy regulations, and internal controls.
  • Document E2E Processes, requirements, testing scenarios and evidence, and system steps in customer facing knowledge base articles; support readiness and training activities and H2R GPO team documentation.
  • Obsess over data quality and integrity.
  • Monitor and manage incoming ServiceNow cases, ensuring timely and accurate resolution - consistently achieving or surpassing 90% SLA.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, features, and best practices in Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR technologies to proactively recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Serve as a guardian of HR data, policies, processes, and procedures - ensuring data quality, privacy, and security within HR Systems.
  • Bring a solution-oriented, innovative mindset to every initiative-placing the Teammate Experience at the heart of every decision/solution.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary ranges from $100,700.00 to $205,800.00 based on geographic market and candidate qualifications.
