Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful SaaS/CCaaS/CX/UCaaS sales experience.
  • Strong focus on experience in the Financial Services, FinTech, or Insurance verticals.
  • Proven history of managing complex legacy-to-cloud migrations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and whiteboarding skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and grow global accounts.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary business consultant to customer C-suite executives.
  • Develop successful transition strategies for customers migrating from legacy environments.
  • Help clients navigate the convergence of traditional banking and modern FinTech.
  • Evangelize Agentic AI for complex workflow automation.
  • Consult clients on modernizing their customer experience without disruption.
  • Lead discovery to define strategies for impactful CCaaS solutions.
  • Partner with engineering for compelling product demonstrations.
