We’re hiring confident, outgoing Lead Generators to represent us inside and outside Costco warehouses across WA, OR, MT, and ID. If you can strike up a conversation with anyone and make it feel natural — this is your stage. Requirements
- Natural conversationalists
- Self-starters who don’t need micromanaging

Responsibilities
- Engage Costco members in a friendly, professional way
- Educate them about Cosentino Quartz & Granite countertops
- Set qualified Costco/Floform in-home consultation appointments on the spot
- Represent Floform a trusted 60+ year company with pride
Benefits
- Up to $24/hour
- $10 bonus for every qualified appointment you set
- $50 bonus for every sale that comes from your appointment
- $200 monthly vehicle allowance (when working 30+ hours per month)
