About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to small to medium-sized business owners to obtain processing statements.
• Provide administrative support by managing the callback schedule and merchant follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to retrieve documents for pending accounts.
• Contact potential clients to discuss acquisition of the merchants' processing statements.
• Prospect leads and update the dialer network with contact information.
