About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ professionals and over 45 years of trusted home service. This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour plus commission. The earning potential averages between $20 and $30 per hour with commission. The schedule consists of Thursday through Sunday shifts, located in El Cajon, CA.

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers.
• Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift.
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required).
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities
