Job Summary The Lead Generation Specialist will support sales and growth by creating and executing content-driven inbound marketing strategies. Responsible for supporting new business growth by setting qualified meetings that turn into new business and managing the pipeline of marketing-sourced leads. This role will also offer sales support by conducting new business reporting, managing the Client Advisor’s activity with HubSpot integration while improving technology platforms to maximize sales efficiency. The Lead Generation Specialist will also aid with internal communications and promoting our employer brand name along with the Platform Communications Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Should possess commercial lines product knowledge, as well as knowledge of agency systems and company relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with the initiative to prioritize and be self-directed.
  • Effective organizational skills and the ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions with multiple variables.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to promote, and maintain a team environment, willing to find accommodating solutions for our customers, companies, and the office.
  • Ability to successfully adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Work as a member of the Midwest Sales and Growth Team to proactively utilize the resources available.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing.
  • Must be comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Become licensed in P&C and Health & Life and maintain that licensure.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance industry experience preferred.
  • HubSpot experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate lists of potential prospects and develop focused campaigns.
  • Make at least 200 outreach activities per week to achieve the weekly meeting goal.
  • Set 5-10 confirmed introductory meetings per week.
  • Be able to effectively communicate the Acrisure brand and ‘sales pitch’ (a strategic focus).
  • Leverage Auris to prospect efficiently and effectively, as well as to log all sales activities in HubSpot.
  • Ensure consistency of the brand and adequate marketing and communication support to all locations.
  • Marketing efforts collaborated to territory specific demographics
  • May participate with strategy and planning of webinars on site, roadshow activity.
  • Conduct new business reporting and create dashboards to deliver actionable data.
  • Increase Client Advisor workflow efficiency by pursuing improvements to HubSpot, system integrations, and greater mobile access to content
  • Work with advisory teams on client projects where needed
  • Broaden the reach of marketing by pursuing various opportunities and looking for other opportunities to share our content.
