We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers. The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for contacting and following up on inbound sales inquiries. They will identify sales opportunities, pre-qualify prospects, and assign to sales staff and track them. This person must be able to engage with prospects/customers in a way that creates a superior customer service experience. Throughout the workday this person will be using various web-based research tools to look up customer and product information. In addition, the Lead Generation Specialist will identify needs and refer leads to the appropriate resources.
