About The Position
Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Business Development Rep I who will be responsible for placing outbound phone calls, texts, and/or emails to prospective and existing customers. The primary goal is to generate customer interest and set up appointments for Baker Sales Professionals to discuss the company's offerings. The representative will utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to manage leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
