About The Position
Thompson Creek Window Company is seeking a dedicated and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Target Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads for our home improvement services across various platforms, including home shows, events, and retail locations. This position is part-time, offering a competitive hourly wage of $18, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. You will be responsible for effectively working within designated territories to procure home improvement appointments, ensuring that you meet the gross sales goals set by the company. In this role, you will utilize company-provided scripts and methodologies to educate potential customers about our products and services. Your ability to memorize and recite these scripts will be essential in qualifying appointments for the sales department. You will engage with customers in their homes, at public events, or in retail stores, demonstrating your knowledge of home improvement products and persuading them to consider our offerings. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is vital, as you will be representing Thompson Creek in various settings. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting your daily and weekly results using an iPad and other technology. Strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic are essential for success in this position. Other duties may be assigned as needed, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
