This position offers a flexible part-time schedule, with a pay range of $18 - $19 per hour plus commission, and an earning potential of $20 - $30/hour on average with commission. The role requires availability to work weekends and is located in Marathon, the Keys, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings.
- Promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups, with expert sales advisors handling the rest.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
- Prior sales or lead generation experience is REQUIRED.
- Ability to stand and walk during shift.
- Weekend and some holiday availability.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
- Attend weekly in-office meetings at our Miami, FL branch.
