The Lead Generation Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day activities associated with driving lead volumes for the largest dental support organization in the country. At Heartland Dental, we provide non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in over 1,800 dental offices. Each Heartland Dental supported office is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Supported doctors are the leaders of their practice and retain clinical autonomy. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for building and executing strategies to engage owners that are identified as likely potential acquisitions. This individual will be focused on origination and deal sourcing initiatives for Heartland through outbound calls, texts, in-person meetings, conferences, and other marketing efforts in order to expand Heartland's deal flow. In addition to partnering with doctors this individual will also work closely with our world class Affiliations and Business Development team to ensure a successful long-term partnership between the doctor and support teams through a closing.
