The Lead Generation Operator owns the execution of multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, including outbound, paid acquisition, and event-driven growth. The role is defined by measurable pipeline creation, not just activity. This position involves end-to-end campaign execution across outbound, paid, and event-related channels, from targeting and messaging to launch and optimization. Responsibilities include planning and executing promotional campaigns for webinars and field events to ensure strong attendance from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts and relevant personas. The operator will also run structured follow-up campaigns to convert engagement into qualified pipeline, continuously test messaging, channels, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and efficiency, and maintain clean targeting logic and CRM data. A key aspect of the role is leveraging AI tools to generate and iterate on outreach messaging, ad creative, landing pages, and campaign assets, rapidly testing variations at scale to improve response rates, conversion, and cost efficiency, and continuously identifying new ways to automate workflows to increase output without sacrificing quality.
