In this role, you will develop and implement a strategic product feature roadmap that enhances both player experience and product performance. You will make informed product and design decisions using data, user behavior analysis, academic insights, and industry standards. Leading key feature releases from concept through launch and ongoing maintenance will be a critical part of your responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. You will craft compelling pitches for in-game features that address identified player needs and challenges, ensuring that the product aligns with user expectations. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with designers to develop user-focused product requirement documents and ensure alignment throughout the development process. Additionally, you will partner with Analytics, Live Ops, and Marketing teams to maximize the impact of new and existing features. Identifying risks and capitalizing on opportunities within newly launched or existing features will also be part of your role, ensuring that we continuously improve our offerings and meet player demands.
