About The Position

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. One of the leading providers of booking and ticketing services in the arts and entertainment industry, operating on a global scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Full stack Development Experience: Extensive experience working with full stack technologies
  • Proficiency in Java + Spring: Deep understanding of Java and it's frameworks/libraries/tools
  • Frontend Skills: Expertise in development based on React.js
  • Analysis of architecture and service dependencies: Abitlity to create sequence diagrams and technical documentation based on implementation requirements
  • Experience with GraphQL and REST: Expertise in API design, consumption and it's architecture
  • Database Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as ORM tools
  • AWS Services and Serverless Computing: Experience working with AWS services and serverless computing (Lambda, Step Functions, AppSync, EventBridge, etc.)
  • Devops, CI/CD: Proficiency with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI/CD
  • Kubernetes and Terraform: Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform for container orchestration and infrastructure management
  • Fluency in English: Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Openness and adaptability: with willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed
  • Experience with AI development tools (preferably Claude Code)

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle: Engagement from design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain modern Solutions: Implement and optimize applications using Java with Spring framework
  • Frontend development: Very solid knowledge of React.js
  • Design Fullstack Services: Create scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs, serverless architectures, microservices, and workflow orchestrations with state machines
  • Software architecture focus interest: Ability to work on diagrams to illustrate service inreactions and data flows
  • Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain relational and non-relational databases focusing on data modeling, integrity, performance, and maintainability
  • Cloud Services: Well established experience of working with AWS services and serverless architectures including Lambdas, Step Functions (state machines), AppSync, EventBridge
  • DevOps Practices: Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for efficient build, test, and deployment processes
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize infrastructure-as-code and container orchestration tools such as Terraform and Kubernetes to manage infrastructure and application scalability
  • Collaborate with Teams: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge with the team
  • Agile Methodologies: Work in a Lite Agile environment to adapt to changing requirements
