About The Position

We are seeking an experienced technical leader who combines strong full-stack engineering expertise with proven leadership in building and delivering modern IT products and applications. This role is ideal for someone who has not only written production-grade code but has also owned delivery processes, guided developers, and shipped complex solutions enhanced by AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

• Proven track record of playing a key role in building and shipping IT products or applications
• Demonstrated experience leading developers and managing development processes
• Strong hands-on expertise across modern full-stack technologies and cloud architectures
• Deep understanding of database design, performance optimization, and scalability
• Experience integrating external APIs and third-party platforms into production systems
• Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams with async collaboration
• Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership mentality, and product-focused thinking

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior full-stack developers and coordinate technical execution across projects
• Build scalable full-stack features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL
• Use Cursor IDE and AI coding assistants to accelerate development workflows and productivity
• Architect systems, design database schemas, and optimize performance-critical queries
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, music platforms, SaaS services )
• Develop advanced admin dashboards, internal tools, and complex user interfaces
• Own projects end-to-end — from requirements and architecture to deployment and optimization
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment pipelines
• Mentor developers, review code, and drive engineering excellence across the team
