Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 5PM-3:30AM Overview The Lead Fulfillment Center Associate oversees the daily operations of FC Associates across multiple departments to ensure team goals are consistently met. Leads are cross-trained and rotated across all areas to build versatility and ensure seamless coverage. Areas of Responsibility Leads are expected to develop proficiency in each of the following departments, each supporting a team of 5-15 associates: Shipping Replenishment Pick/Pack - Equipment Team (equipment operations and packing) Pick/Pack - Pick Mod Team (pick mod operations and packing

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy with the ability to motivate and engage a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and flexible manner
  • Service-oriented mindset with a professional and courteous approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to use and understand MS Office programs
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of related experience in a high-volume (10,000+ SKU) manufacturing or e-commerce environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supports team performance across order pulling, packing, and shipping to maintain quality standards.
  • Champions safety programs within the FC, include training participation and ensuring daily safety goals are met or exceeded.
  • Schedules employees in accordance with department productivity requirements and provides regular feedback aligned with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Acts as a team builder and supports the efficient operation of the department.
  • Partners with the Operations Manager establish daily and monthly shift objectives in quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of Warehouse Management.
  • Performs additional duties as needed to support warehouse operations
