The Amazon operations team is seeking Lead Fulfillment Associates who have a proven track record of achieving results to join our expanding team. This role is crucial in supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operational results within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates will take on various roles, including Trainer, Process Assistant, and Shipping Clerk, and will be responsible for performing production duties as needed. These duties include picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing products, ensuring inventory accuracy, and unloading and loading trucks. Additionally, Lead Fulfillment Associates will communicate instructions to other associates, motivate them, and maintain safety in their work areas. In the Fulfillment Center, Lead Fulfillment Associates may serve in several capacities, each with specific responsibilities. As an ISS Representative, they will act as a power connector, maintaining the link between Corporate Retail Teams and the Fulfillment Center, and managing the reporting and re-escalation of tickets submitted to Retail, Vendor Management, and Catalog. The Process Assistant will support daily management duties, including labor allocation, leading meetings, and communicating with suppliers, while the Dock Clerk will manage inbound flow and ensure compliance with carrier schedules. Other roles include Receiving Clerk, Shipping Clerk, Non-Inventory Receive Clerk, Regulated Waste Coordinator, Amazon Robotics Quarterback, Floor Health Monitor, and Data Analyst, each contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the fulfillment process.
