Responsibilities
- Work within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing.
- Accept customers’ new inventory and manage the process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into the system.
- Communicate the arrivals and any exceptions in receiving.
- Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately as part of the picking team.
- Ensure the quality of each shipment and pack items correctly as part of the packing team.
- Help out in other areas as needed to ensure operations run efficiently.
Requirements
- Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and/or weekends based on business needs.
- Consistently arrive for work on time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
- Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift.
- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
- Willing to get hands dirty to complete tasks.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
- Must be 18 or older.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous warehouse experience is not required; a 7-day training program will be provided.
