Responsibilities

• Responsible for Core Safety business front-end technology and team management of content safety platforms.
• Provide the ultimate user experience on multiple platforms and scenarios through front-end and desktop technologies and use related technologies to improve iteration efficiency.
• Build and lead a front-end RD team and be responsible for front-end team management and talent training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver work in rapid product development.
• Handle complex module R&D.
• Mentor senior and mid-level software engineers.
