About The Position
RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Lead Front Office Associate to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Lead Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, cheerfully greeting and registering patients and performing other duties as assigned. Takes on a leadership role with the greater administrative team; from process improvements, staff planning, training and supervision. This is a Full-time position working Monday - Friday with varying shifts.
