As our Lead Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in our front-end practice, reporting directly to a Technical Architect and Director. In this position, you will take full ownership of cutting-edge website and web application projects from inception to completion, particularly for smaller engagements and client support needs, while also contributing significantly to larger initiatives. You will transform creative designs into dynamic, scalable, and accessible user experiences, working on a variety of client-tailored web projects and continuously enhancing existing processes and implementations. In this role, you will work with the latest technologies and pursue opportunities for professional growth. You will be accountable for your projects, mentor junior developers, and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide effective technical support.
