Requirements

  • Proven sales performance (you love goals and consistently hit them)

  • Confidence discussing pricing, memberships, and value
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Team-first mindset with a drive to elevate everyone’s performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Availability Tues, Wed, Fri & weekends (Sat or Sun)
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, high-energy guest experience—every shift
  • Consistently lead the team in memberships, upgrades, retail & gift card sales
  • Serve as the go-to leader for front desk flow, problem-solving, and guest recovery
  • Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to hit individual and team goals
  • Assist leadership with training new hires and reinforcing sales standards
  • Ensure scheduling, calls, and check-in/check-out run smoothly and professionally
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming, on-brand spa environment
  • Model professionalism, accountability, and a winning mindset at all times
