About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: The Lead Front Desk Associate will work alongside facility management to oversee the quality and success of the facility. This person will be responsible for educating and assisting customers, issuing rental equipment, billing guests, processing registrations, and assisting with concessions duties. They will also provide administrative and marketing support to the management team. This position is not eligible for remote work. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform routine clerical duties, including answering phones, filing, updating the program boards, etc. Record sales transactions, process registrations, and take payments Oversee facility changeover, including assisting with the setup and breakdown of courts as needed Process enrollments for facility leagues as well as internal and public programming sessions Provide information on entertainment and sports options as well as facility rules and regulations Assist in handling customer comments, concerns, and complaints Perform concessions duties as needed including preparing concessions items, maintaining a clean environment, regularly disinfecting the work area, etc. Ensure that all guests attending any public program sign an online waiver before participating in any program JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent organization and communication skills with a willingness to learn Able to work with little to no supervision First aid training is preferred Ability to regularly work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events Physical Demands and Working Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects and office tools, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is exposed to an office and court environment, with noise levels usually moderate to quite loud. Requirements
