About The Position

The Lead Front Desk Agent at Hyatt Vacation Club is responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that owners and guests have memorable vacation experiences. This role involves checking guests into their accommodations, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting items up to 25lbs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues professionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software.

Responsibilities

  • Check Owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities and services.
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions and concerns.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met.
  • Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department.
  • Prioritize and resolve outstanding requests or problems from the previous day.
  • Assist management with training new associates.
