Requirements

  • High School/GED required.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 2 years of direct pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
  • 2 years of GMP experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and other office systems.
  • Ability to learn and use quality, operations and/or scientific management software.
  • Ability to understand and apply CGMPs to everyday work.
  • Detail oriented and well organized with ability to work effectively under high pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TrackWise®, ComplianceWire®, JD Edwards®, Chromatography (i.e. Unicorn®).
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical production operations.
  • Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and participate in solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a Room Lead, coordinating the work of others without being a people manager.
  • Assists manufacturing personnel to identify & eliminate waste, implement standard-work, and provide problem solving & solution implementation assistance.
  • Communicates goals and delegates tasks for the shift to team members.
  • Ensures batch record documentation is performed and reviewed throughout the shift.
  • Coordinates tasks with supporting groups (Quality, MS&T, Maintenance, etc.).
  • Ensures training for team members complies with work being performed.
  • Safely operates complex equipment in accordance with cGMPs as an Equipment Lead.
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance work on equipment.
