This position assists managers in Food and Nutrition Services Department. Depending on the area, the Lead Food Service Worker (FSW) in production prepares and serves food items for meeting and special events. They are responsible for setting up and servicing of food items before, during and after an event. In the retail area, the Lead FSW is responsible for accurate sales receipts, cleanliness, and restocking of the café. Both positions provide exceptional customer services to visitors, staff and physician all time. The Lead Food Service Worker assists the managers in overseeing and directing all aspects of the kitchen and retail operation.
