About The Position

As a Lead Food Team Member at Kum & Go, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for customers, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting in the training and certification of new team members. Requirements

• Leadership qualities and high energy.
• Customer service skills with a courteous approach to resolving complaints.
• Experience in cashiering, customer service, cash handling, food service, fast food, or as a prep cook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day shifts, night shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit professionalism in appearance, conduct, and judgment.
• Conduct associate orientation and training for new team members.
• Manage food presentation and complete inventory counts.
• Follow food concept program guidelines and run the cash register when needed.
• Assist in managing controllable costs.
• Provide phenomenal customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
• Prepare and cook food by following recipes and maintaining food displays.
• Meet physical demands of lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs.
