About The Position

Floor Coverings International - RVA is seeking a highly skilled Lead Flooring Installer / Lead. Flooring installers are the front line of Floor Coverings International, executing on our quality and craftsmanship at each job. This role will be responsible for the output of the team, starting with a 2 person team (Lead and Helper) that will develop into a 3 person team. Requirements

5 years in flooring installation with various hard surface floors (floating, glue down, nail/staple hardwood, sand and refinish, etc.)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 - 75+ lbs. repeatedly
The position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and lifting

Responsibilities
