  • Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within the division and company
  • Supervise pack-outs and inventory/evaluation of items
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, demolition, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications
  • Self-manage and demonstrate time management skills
  • Write estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack backs, and laundry restoration
  • Manage job schedules and coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist team members and foster positive working relationships with other departments
  • Represent the brand positively
  • Deliver thorough, proactive, and direct communication with internal staff, customers, quality assurance, and insurance adjusters
  • Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinions
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in an effective and timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks and company equipment
  • Manage projects and existing crews
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

  • IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Mold)
