About The Position
As a Lead Fleet Services Technician at Goodyear, you will play a crucial role in servicing light mechanical vehicles for scheduled preventative maintenance at client sites. Your responsibilities will include performing line technician services such as oil changes, tire services, routine inspections and maintenance, brake repairs, fluid exchanges and flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation. You will utilize a company vehicle to travel to various client locations to execute these services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. In this position, you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating your ability to manage your time and workload effectively. You will also support billing processes, interact with point of sale software, and maintain accurate documentation of services performed. A key aspect of your role will be managing the team schedule, service appointments, and organizing workflow to ensure that quality work is delivered on time to the fleet.
