About The Position

If you think you have what it takes to be a 9Round trainer and part of the fastest growing fitness franchise in the nation, then, this position is for you. No kickboxing experience needed. Full training provided. Sales and customer service backgrounds are helpful, with some work experience preferred. The duties of a Fitness Trainer are to "Train, Sell and Clean."

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience with marketing campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train members during workouts by explaining and demonstrating exercises.
• Motivate members to reach their fitness goals during training sessions.
• Educate and coach other trainers in the club as part of the 'train-the-trainer' program.
• Control the flow of clients during workouts as the lead trainer.
• Convert first-time workout participants into members of 9Round Nation.
• Maintain a clean gym environment by following a scheduled cleaning program.
