About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Lead Fitness Instructor to join our My Gym San Carlos team. In this role, you will lead engaging, high-energy classes for children ages 3 months to 10 years, creating a safe and joyful environment where every child can thrive. You will teach both parent-participation and independent programs—helping younger children build coordination, balance, and social skills alongside their caregivers, and guiding older children as they develop strength, confidence, and teamwork through movement and play.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Availability on weekday mornings/afternoons and weekends
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Lead and assist age-appropriate classes that encourage participation and engagement
Foster a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for children and parents
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times
Support children in achieving developmental milestones through play and movement
Collaborate with team members to maintain a high-quality class experience
