Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Seven or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in financial systems, Excel, and Power BI.
• Intermediate understanding of finance, accounting, business & data analytics concepts.
• Intermediate financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Highly skilled in process improvement and automation, including connecting to and working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and performs on back-up basis the daily reconciliation of cash disbursement to retailers and rFinance by lenders.
• Responsible for the period-end accounting close process, including journal entries account reconciliations and periodic accruals.
• Monitors the monthly service fee billing process in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure retailer and corporate accounting's expectations are met.
• Leads or assists in cross-functional projects to support the rFinance business in meeting its goals and objectives.
• Support enterprise financial planning via budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in enterprise performance management software.
