The Lead Financial Counselor is responsible for role modeling for the counselors in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice, and facility policy, goals, and objectives. This position contributes to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and quality improvement efforts, while providing guidance to the Financial Counselors. Supervising the provision of the Financial Counselors through performance audits and reviews.
