About The Position

The Corporate FP&A Senior Financial Analyst - OpEx will serve as a strategic finance partner, driving insights and analysis that shape operational expense decisions across Analog Devices. This high-impact role blends financial acumen with business strategy, supporting executive leadership, investor relations, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, intellectually curious problem solver with a strong sense of ownership, analytical depth, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or FP&A.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Expert in financial modeling through Excel, Anaplan and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, cost structures, and profitability drivers.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting Corporate FP&A, investor relations, and/or experience in the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the forecasting, trend analysis, and narrative development for total ADI operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with business units and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in OpEx planning and execution.
  • Apply advanced analytics to uncover short- and long-term expense trends.
  • Deliver timely, data-driven insights to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Lead targeted financial analyses on strategic initiatives, market dynamics, and operational challenges.
  • Provide decision support through deep dives into business issues and scenario modeling.
  • Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting packages that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure reporting tools are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Champion enhancements in forecasting, reporting, and planning processes.
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements to elevate the FP&A function and support enterprise-wide financial agility.
